Obituary

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on November 22, 2025, at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Hospital. Age 83 years.

The son of the late Clarence and Mary (Sebele) Moeller was born on June 29, 1942, in Saginaw, Michigan. He graduated from Saginaw High School. He then went on to get his Associate Degree from Delta College. Bill married Sharon Pasterz on July 28, 1962; she survives him. He proudly served 8 years in the United States Air Force. Bill worked at GM, retiring after 32 years of dedicated service. He was a member of St. John XXIII Parish, St. Mary Catholic Church. Bill was a life member of Saginaw Field and Stream Club. In his spare time Bill enjoyed watching old game shows. In his youth he enjoyed golfing, hunting, and fishing. He was an avid sports fan, coaching his sons in Hemlock Little League and enjoyed watching Manchester United Soccer, Detroit Lions, Tigers and Redwings. Above all, Bill was a loving and dedicated grandfather, always happy to be involved in his grandchildren’s activities.

Surviving are his wife, Sharon Moeller, six children: David (Melinda) Moeller, Deborah (Bill) Bryant, DeLisa Krueger, Douglas (Cheryl) Moeller, Donald (Jeanne) Moeller, and DeLaura Moeller; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister Patricia Schumacher, sisters-in-law Bonnie Rick and Margaret "Peggy" Pasterz, best friends: Don and Mary Ann DeRop and Jim and Joanne Willis, as well as nieces, nephews, and friends.

Along with his parents he was predeceased by a sister, Judith Kay Moeller, son-in-law, Christopher Krueger, and brother-in-law, Arthur Rick, Sr.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at St. John XXIII Parish, St. Mary Catholic Church, 151 St. Mary Dr., Hemlock MI 48626. Fr. Sunil Kumar Pallela will officiate with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery where Military Honors will take place under the auspices of the United States Air Force and VFW Post 7302. Friends are welcome to visit with the family from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Friday, November 28, 2025, at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 201 N. Miller Rd., Saginaw, MI 48609, as well as at the church Saturday morning from 10:00 am until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw.
