Passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018. Age 62 years. He was born on June 6, 1956, son of the late Phillip and Marion (Ray) Newman, in Saginaw. Willard served in the U.S. Marines. He enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling and spending time with his family. Willard will be missed by his significant other, Teresa Berglund; his children, Vicky Jackson, Pauline Jackson, Phillip (Tina) Newman, Melissa Newman, Phyllis Newman and Don Heddy; eleven grandchildren; his sister, Rose (Mike) Milnes; his brothers, Harvey (Gerry) Newman and Phil Newman; also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including his special friends Mr. and Mrs. Scott. He was predeceased by his daughters, Alice Jackson and Patricia Newman, his son, Clair Newman and his sister-in-law, Connie Newman. Funeral service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 8, 2018, at W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Pastor Don Dinninger will officiate. Friends may visit with the family on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
