Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at her home, with her family at her side. Age 64 years.

The daughter of the late George William and Nancy Lee (Young) Prottenger, Tracy was born on July 3, 1960, in Saginaw, Michigan. She married the love of her life, Jeffrey Dean Bullard on February 8, 1985. He survives her. Tracy embraced a life of simplicity and contentment. She had a passion for traveling Up-North, music, and cooking, as she was very talented at creating delicious meals that would bring her family together. Tracy had a deep affection for animals, particularly dogs and cats. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family and loved ones, finding immense joy in the presence of her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchild.

Surviving besides her husband, Jeff Bullard; are their sons and daughters, Anthony Johnson, Rachel (James) Mull, Ron (Ashley) Bullard; grandchildren, Cameron (Kailee) Johnson, Christian Johnson, Jake Johnson, Hailey Johnson, Jacqueline O’Connell, Gabe Castillo, Christopher Gilbert, Breydin Bullard; great-granddaughter, Clementine Johnson; and brothers, George (Roxanne) Prottenger, Richard “Dick” (Cindy) Prottenger. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends. Besides her parents; Tracy was preceded in death by her son, Michael Bullard; grandson, Vincent Castillo; her beloved pugs, Misty Mae and Polly Anna.

Honoring Tracy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609. Rev. Jason Evans will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral chapel. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the American Cancer Society.
