Throughout his life, Todd was a caregiver. He held a special place in his heart for the elderly, especially those with severe mental health disabilities. Todd was a selfless man, had a heart of gold, and would do anything for anyone in need. He was of the Catholic faith and focused his ministry on doing good works for others.
