Loving father, grandfather, and brother passed away in his home on Tuesday, April 25th, 2023, at the age of 67. Tom was born on December 8th, 1955, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Richard & Mary (Tuck) Feldotte, and graduated from Arthur Hill High School prior to continuing his education at Delta College, where he studied welding and earned his journeyman’s card in tool & die. While working at McDonald’s on Bay & Weiss, Tom met Cindy Sue Clark and the pair shared many inside jokes during their employment together. The couple would marry on April 3rd, 1975, and spend over 46 years together. She preceded him in death on June 9th, 2021. He worked as a journeyman tool & die maker, and became well sought-after, traveling all over the country working on various jobs that required his high level of skill. He also spent over 30 years serving his community as a volunteer firefighter for James Township, retiring after serving countless neighbors. In his free time, Tom was a true outdoorsman, enjoying his time fishing or hunting with his son Steve. Tom was a constant source of dad jokes, a tradition he inherited from his own father, and he especially cherished spending time watching his grandsons play sports.
Tom is survived by children Kim Feldotte and Steve Feldotte; grandsons Noah Feldotte and Aiden Feldotte; and sister Linda Feldotte; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Tom was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Cindy Feldotte, and siblings David Sr. Feldotte and Karen (Domenico) Ewert.
A funeral service for Tom will take place at 11:00am on Friday, April 28th, 2023, at Christ Lutheran Church, 8795 Ederer Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609, with Rev. Joshua Becker presiding. Visitation will take place at the church from 10:00am until the time of service, with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Mausoleum & Cemetery. Those wanting to make a show of their sympathy may wish to consider a memorial contribution to the Saginaw Field & Stream Club or to Christ Lutheran Church. Please share your thoughts, prayers, and memories with the family at the church or through www.casefuneralhome.com.
