Our loving mother, daughter, grandmother and sister, gained her wings on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Age 50 years.

Tangela was born on February 16, 1973, daughter of Larry and Eileen (Houston) Jackson, in Saginaw. She was kind, caring and giving, and would put the needs of her family before her own. Tangela was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. She was a source of inspiration to her family. Her life would seem too short for many. For those who were blessed to have known her, understand that her existence and the imprint she has left on our hearts exceeds the quantity of time she was here with us. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

Tangela is survived by her loving parents, Larry and Eileen Jackson; children, Alexus and Tyran Watson; grandchildren, Bryce and Kameri Hines; brothers, Larry Jackson-Houston, Maurice (JaKeena Lucas) Houston; grandparents, Otis and Ora Houston; a very special partner, Randolph “Quarval” Perry; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Dee Darden and her grandparents, James and Mattie Jackson.

Private services have been held by the family.
