Susan "Sue" Marie Kunik

of Bridgeport, Michigan

Loving mother passed away on October 10, 2022, with her family by her side after a brief illness. Age of 74 years.

Sue was born on March 24, 1948, in Battle Creek to Elizabeth Hopper. She graduated from Saginaw High School. Sue married John J. Kunik; he predeceased her on September 23, 1993. She worked as a tax preparer for an accounting firm. She enjoyed bowling and doing crafts, especially crochet and ceramics,

Sue is survived by two sons Mark Kunik and Greg Kunik, sister-in-law Rosemary Allen-Specht, nieces and nephews: Patrick, Shawn, Patrice and Colleen, and brother-in-law Frederick Kunik.

Along with her husband she was predeceased by her mother Elizabeth Hopper, mother-in-law Eleanor Smith, sister-in-law Stephanie Meyer, and brother-in-law Vivion Smith

Honoring Sue's wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, October 14, 2022, at W. L. Case & Company, 5700 Dixie Highway, Saginaw. Rev. Fr. Steve Gavit will officiate. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral chapel from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
