Sister Mary Symphoria (Leocadia Leona Boros) Livonia, MI Formerly of Saginaw, MI Passed away on January 6, 2017 at the age of 104 years. The daughter of the late John and Maryanna (Sadowski) Boros was born on September 29, 1912. She became a Felician Sister on March 25, 1933. She leaves her sister-in-law Sarah Boris, nieces: Elaine Collins, Shelby Boris, Kathy Wayne, Sue Zimmerman and many great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings: Stanislaus Boros, Casimer Boris, Chester Boris, Martha Buchnan and her nephew Richard Boris. Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the Felician Convent, 36800 Schoolcraft Rd., Livonia. There will be a viewing at the convent on Tuesday from 1:00-8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A morning prayer service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday before the mass.
