Sophie Theresa Lonsway Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Monday, July 22, 2103. Age 94 years. The daughter of the late Angela (Czuba) and John Kryso was born October 7, 1918 in St. Charles, Michigan. She married LeRoy Kenneth Lonsway, June 15, 1940. He passed away May 16, 1999. She attended St. Stephen Catholic Church. She and her husband had engaged in farming in Swan Creek Twp and she enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, gardening, her friends and most of all keeping up with all her family's news. Surviving are two children and their spouses, Carson and Marlene Lonsway; Patricia and Henry Bujold; seven grandchildren, Michelle Wardman; Robert Lonsway Jr, Angela Nader, Daniel Lonsway, Kelly Bekemeier, Michael and David Bujold; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Two sons, Robert and Bryan Lonsway, Two grandchildren, Mary Ann and Erica Lynn, a brother, Frank Kryso, and a sister, Mary Jesselatis, have predeceased her. The funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 29, 2013, at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1310 Malzahn St. Saginaw. Rev. William Taylor will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Sunday where a vigil service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Sunday with Rev. Steve Gavit officiating.
