Shirley J. Mozinski

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister went to her heavenly home on December 20, 2022 at the age of 87 years.

Shirley was born December 10, 1935 to the late Charles and Helen (Limberg) Peters in Saginaw, Ml. Shirley married to Donald (Moe) Mozinski on January 21, 1956; he predeceased her on October 3, 2001. She enjoyed keeping fit along with painting, bowling, golf and choir at Church. She also enjoyed spending time with her family.

She leaves behind her daughters Jody (Wayne) Cormier and Cathy (Mike) Schuknecht, her grandchildren Amanda (Brent) Weiss, Nathan (Yuliya) Cormier and Samantha (Nathan) Seeley, great-grandchildren Kaitlyn, Kelly, Mason, Megan, Blayke, Kenleigh, Leighton, Declan, and Evan, and a brother Larry Peters and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Shirley was preceded in death by her son Michael Mozinski, her siblings: Robert and Phyllis Peters, Charles (Chuck) Peters, Diane Peters and sister-in-law Alice Peters.

Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 29, 2022 at St. Dominic Catholic Parish, St. Stephens Catholic Church, 2711 Mackinaw St.  Fr. L. Vijay Madanu will officiate with burial at St. Andrews Catholic Cemetery.  Friends may visit with the family at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral liturgy. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Dominic Parish.
