Passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024, at home at the age of 81 years.

Shirley was born on January 16, 1943, in Enterprise, Alabama to the late Raymond D. and Kathleen (Yaklin) Branch. She married Raymond Beebe on August 1, 1964; he survives her. Shirley retired from Amigo Mobility following many years of service.   She was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church and had a great love for the Lord. She loved pottery, gardening, boating, and was a great golfer and softball pitcher. A loving wife, mother and sister, Shirley was a strong and positive lady. She will be remembered for her love of God and her family, her silly sense of humor and her wonderful smile.

Surviving besides her husband Ray are their three children: Steve (Briana) Beebe, David (Darcie) Beebe, Margo (Chris) Bacik, ten grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, her sisters Donna (Larsen) Cottrell, Janie Gillen and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  Shirley was predeceased by a sister, Diane.

Funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 20, 2024, at St. Michaels Catholic Church, 17994 Lincoln Rd., New Lothrop, MI 48460 Rev. Fr. John Cotter will officiate with burial to follow at St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral liturgy.
