Sandra passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2025, at the age of 71 years. 

Sandra was born on April 8, 1954, daughter of the late Robert and Arlene (Heinlein) Wagner, in Saginaw, Michigan. 

She is survived by her brothers, Gerald and Patricia Wagner of Saginaw and James and Patricia Wagner of St. Charles. 

Honoring Sandra's wishes, cremation has taken place and a committal will take place in the Spring.
