Ruth M. Kuelske of Saginaw, Michigan
Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Toni & Trish House in Auburn. She was 85 years old. Ruth Marion Feuerstein was born on June 15, 1940, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Heinrich and Emily (Nikolai) Feuerstein. She was a proud graduate of Arthur Hill High School. Ruth married Elmer Emil Kuelske, Sr. on October 25, 1958; he preceded her in death on May 20, 2020. She held a variety of working positions over the years, a soda fountain worker serving food at Bock Pharmacy, a frame maker at Therma Glass, a secretary for a carpet cleaning business, and eventually retiring from Tupperware as a packer and shipping and receiving. The role she loved the most was being a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Ruth later in life attended Saginaw Business Institute where she studied medical terminology and graduated from top of her class. She was raised in the Lutheran Faith – Missouri Synod. After retirement, Ruth found enjoyment putting together puzzles, as well as watching television. She was an avid reader and enjoyed working with clay creating pots and beautiful birds. Ruth also loved crocheting and pressing her luck at the casino. She will forever be remembered being a wonderful mother and grandmother, for always saying “I love you”, and for truly living a wonderful life where she created many beautiful memories and stories.
