Beloved mother and grandmother passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Toni & Trish House, with her family at her side; at the age of 85 years. The daughter of the late Calvin and Caroline (Hunt) Graham, Ruth was born on May 28, 1935 in Saginaw, Michigan. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School with the Class of 1953. Ruth married Thomas Diebold on May 7, 1965; he preceded her in death on May 5, 1988. She started working at Bell Telephone Company in 1976 and retired in 2003 after 27 years of service as the cashier in the cafeteria. Ruth was a member of Living Hope Calvary Chapel. She enjoyed dancing, golfing and going to garage sales. Above all, Ruth cherished the time spent with her family.

Surviving are two sons and one daughter: Donald Schrock Sr., Las Vegas, Nevada; Leah (Tony) Huntoon, Brant, Michigan; Robert Diebold, Saginaw, Michigan; five grandchildren: Jamie Huntoon, Bradley Huntoon, Ron (Kendra) Schrock, Toni (Joshua) Parmentier, Donald Schrock Jr.; ten great-grandchildren: Zandy, Trey, Teagan, Theo, Lynnae, Lucy, Avery, Annalise, Julie and Keith; and one brother: Jack (Rose) Graham; brothers and sisters in law: Janet Diebold, Ruthann Diebold, Patricia Call, Robert Diebold, Diane Diebold, Mary (David) Nieberding and Mary Graham. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Besides her husband and her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by two brothers: Calvin Graham and Walter Graham.

The family would like to thank the health care members who provided excellent and compassionate care for Ruth including Hoyt Nursing Home, Covenant VNA Hospice, Toni and Trish's House and Dr. Joseph Natole.

Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, Saginaw, Michigan. Rev. Pat Lagan will officiate with private burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at the funeral home, as well as from 10:00 am until the time of service on Thursday. State guidelines will be followed. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Toni & Trish House.
