Passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Friday, August 4, 2017 at the age of 96 years. Rosemary was born on August 25, 1920 in Antrim Co., Michigan. She retired from Morley Schools after over 25 years of teaching. She had been a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and had traveled to many destinations across the globe. Rosemary also enjoyed reading, going on trips to the casino and was an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers. Surviving are her brother: Rodney (Karen) Chase, her sister: Judy Anne Geese, nephew: Jeffrey (Rebecca) Geese, great-niece Julia Rose Louks. She was predeceased by two sisters: Aletha Allen and Jean Bradley, her brother-in-law James Geese, and a niece: Jennifer (Geese) Louks. Funeral service will take place at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Viola Gonzales will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral.
