Ronald “Ron” Hare
Prescott, Michigan

Beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at McLaren Bay Special Care Hospital, at the age of 82 years. Ron was born on November 28, 1937 in Saginaw, Michigan. He proudly served in the United States Army. Ron was a jack of all trades, as he enjoyed being a carpenter and builder for many years. He loved hunting, snowmobiling, and fishing. Above all, Ron cherished the time spent with his family.

Surviving are one daughter and one son: Debra Hare Dunn; Timothy Hare; many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren; and a special friend of 10 years: Ken Ritter. Ron was preceded in death by his daughter: Denise Hare-Quackenbush; son-in-law: Terry Dunn; granddaughter: Stacy Westendorf; twin brother: Donald Hare; brother: Frank Hare; and aunt: Elsie Jones.

Honoring Ron’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements are entrusted with W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel.
