Obituary

Loving son, father, brother and uncle passed away on Friday, March 18, 2016 at the age of 53 years. The son of Ruth (Porter) Schoenlein and the late Walter Schoenlein was born on January 22, 1963 in Norwich, CT. He graduated for ITT Technical Institute and worked as a machinist. Robert was very artistic, enjoyed playing his guitar, was a devoted deer hunter and was an avid collector of many things. He loved to spend time with his family and friends. Surviving besides his mother Ruth and her significant other, Pete Goschka, are his children: Robert Schoenlein, Brooke Schoenlein, the mother of his children, Deborah Schoenlein, his brothers: Greg Schoenlein, Steven (Louise) Schoenlein, Dale (Bobbi) Schoenlein, Bruce (Dawn) Schoenlein, many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel in Merrill. Rev. Tim Behnke will officiate. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral chapel on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the wishes of the family.
