Robert “Bob” Allen Klein of Carrollton, Michigan
Beloved brother, uncle, and friend passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, Covenant HealthCare – Cooper. He was 71 years old. Robert Allen Klein was born on March 4, 1949, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Willard and Eleanor (Newsted) Klein. He was a proud 1967 graduate of Carrollton High School. Following graduation, Bob began working at General Motors as a laborer. He later began working in maintenance with Carrollton Public School, retiring after many years of dedicated service. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Bob was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will forever be remembered for his love for family.
Surviving are two sisters: Sheila Klein of Saginaw; Sharon (Frank) Golz of carrollton; sister-in-law, Kathy Klein of St. Charles. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Gary and David Klein.
Per Bob’s request cremation has taken place. In his honor he requests “to have a beer on him”.
