Beloved mother and Abuela passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at Ascension St. Mary's, with her family at her side; at the age of 58 years.

The daughter of the late Hijinio and Maria Luisa (Estrada) San Miguel, Rita was born on February 14, 1963 in Saginaw, Michigan. She enjoyed crafting. Above all, Rita cherished the time spent with her family; especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are two daughters and one son: Sarah (Kimberly) San Miguel; Donny Johnson (Letticia Ahill); Allura San Miguel; four grandchildren: Clara Rose, Lydia Jade, Santana and Legend Porter San Miguel. Also surviving are many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Visitation will take place from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, Saginaw. In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, indoor capacity is limited to 25 persons, face coverings are required, and social distancing encouraged. We appreciate everyone's efforts to reduce the spread of covid-19 in our community.
