Randy A. Turner Hemlock, MI Passed away suddenly Thursday August 20, 2015, at the age of 61 years. Randy was born May 23, 1954, in Saginaw. He was employed for 35 years at the Hemlock Public Schools in the maintenance department. He liked to cook, BBQ, do woodworking, and restore furniture. He enjoyed going up to his trailer at Lake George and being around family and friends. He was a very likeable guy with many friends. Randy had a special bond with his dad and was always there to give a hand with work around the house. He is survived by his father, Wendell Turner; siblings, Clarence (Karen) Turner, Mark (Robin) Turner, Harold (Laurie) Turner, Jane Turner, and Louanne Turner; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; aunts, Alice Denison and Donna Turner; many cousins; and special friends, Carolana, Dick (Gwen), Bob, and Suzanne. He was predeceased by his mother Shirley (Mead) Turner. The family would like to give a special thank you to the 6th floor nurses Amber, Faye, and Chris at St. Mary's for the wonderful care they provided to Randy and the Turner family. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 24, 2015, at Hemlock United Methodist Church. Rev. Michael W. Vollmer will officiate with burial to follow in Richland Twp. Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Road on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and again at church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
