Ramona Casarez (Cruz), of El Centro, CA passed away on June 28, 2026, at the age of 91. She was born to Victoriano and Marcelina Cruz (Coronado) in Saginaw, MI on November 14, 1935.

She is survived by her loving husband, Manuel Casarez and her three children, Lydia (Robert) Kitson, Michael (Sherry) Casarez, and Alicia Casarez.

Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 936 N 6th St, Saginaw, MI 4860. Rev. Fr. Frank Voris will officiate. Friends may visit the family on Thursday at the church from 10:00 am until the time of mass. Ramona will be laid to rest following a meal at the church at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3210 S Washington Ave, Saginaw, MI 48601. In accordance with Ramona’s wishes, cremation has taken place in El Centro, CA.
