Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt, passed away on April 8, 2022, at the age of 90 years.

The daughter of the late Archie and Beulah (Eisinger) Smith, was born on August 23, 1931. She graduated from Pigeon High School, Class of 1949. Phyllis married Kenneth Lee Conger, Sr. on September 19, 1949. He predeceased her on September 22, 2006. She Attended Amazing Grace Church in Wheeler, enjoyed deer hunting, reading and crocheting.

Surviving Phyllis are her daughter, Linda (Kenneth) Rine; son, Ronald (Cindy) Conger; grandchildren, Katharine Dill, Rhonda (Paul) Morrison, Tina (Doug) Elfrink, Justin Rine, Crystal Conger, Trent Duhal; great grandchildren, Jonathan Rine, Lydia Rine, Maddeline Morrison, Alex Elfrink and Penelope Elfrink; brother, Larry (Gina) Smith and niece, Peggy (Don) Parrish. She was predeceased by her son, Kenneth Lee Conger, Jr., sister, Doris Strouch and brother, Ronald Smith.

Honoring Phyllis’ wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
