Paul Richard Wardlow

Paul Richard Wardlow, went home to be with his Lord, on May 10, 2026. His passing was sudden and unexpected following a celebration with his family on Mother’s Day. He was born on August 16th, 1966, in Saginaw, Michigan.

Left to cherish Paul’s memory are his loving wife Tracy L. Wardlow (Baase), his devoted mother Nada B. Wardlow, sisters and brothers in law, Ruth Ann (Richard) Godi and Terri Lynn (Hugo) Jimenez, brother in law, Dan Nelson, brother, Randy Wardlow, mother in law, Nancy Baase, brother in law, Duane Baase, brother in law and sister in law, Jerry (Gina) Baase. Paul had many nieces and nephews who he loved and cherished dearly. He was blessed with many friends in his life, especially Brian Lacy, his lifelong brother.

Preceding Paul are his father, Jesse E. Wardlow, brothers, Don and Jim, sisters, Norma Nelson and Connie Johnson, and nephew, TJ Godi.

Paul graduated from Delta College with a degree in nursing. He worked at My Michigan (St. Mary’s) hospital for over 45 years. His devotion was for advocating and impacting patient care. He made many lifelong friends through the years at the hospital.

Paul’s strongest passion was his family, followed by his and Tracy’s love for Disney. In addition, Paul was fanatical about Saginaw Spirit hockey. He was a season ticket holder from year one. The 2024 Memorial Cup Tournament was one of the most memorable events of his life.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 15, 2026, at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603. Chaplain David Wachowiak will officiate with burial to follow in Spaulding Township Cemetery. Friends are welcome to visit with the family from2:00 – 8:00 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2026, as well as Friday morning from 10:00 am until the time of service.
