Beloved wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at the age of 66 years.

The daughter of Shirley Keidel and the late Walter O. Arnold was born on February 2, 1959, in Bay City, MI. She was a proud graduate of Freeland High School, the class of 1977. Patricia then attended Delta College, graduating in 1982. She married Todd Rowe on June 26, 1993; he survives her. She worked for All State Management Company and at Wescourt Retirement Community as an area director of property management, retiring after 40 years of service. Patricia enjoyed working with the residents at the properties she managed. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and enjoyed gardening, traveling to Myrtle Beach, animals, giving gifts to her family and most especially cherished time spent with her grandchild.

Surviving besides her husband of 32 years, Todd, are her son Patrick (Rachel) Rowe, grandson Axel Rowe, her mother Shirley Arnold, sister Karen (Dan) Shaffer, brother David (Sandra) Arnold, brother-in-law Rick Rowe, sister-in-law Shawn (Jeffrey) Markin, her nephews: Matt (Katie) Shaffer, Nate (Alisha) Shaffer, Jeremiah Arnold, Thomas Arnold, Daniel Collazo, nieces: Rebekah Arnold, Jennifer Collazo, her aunt, Angelika Keidel and many other relatives and friends.
