Patricia Kaye Watters Saginaw, Michigan Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016, age 76 years. She was born on July 5, 1940 in Saginaw. She was the daughter of the late Myron and Leila (Dugan) Shinkel. Patricia married William Watters on August 24, 1982, he survives her. She was Co-Founder and CEO of DOT Caring Centers. She devoted many years of her life along with her husband Bill to providing treatment for substance abuse. She had a passion for helping people and was very dedicated to her family. Patricia enjoyed traveling, cooking and family gatherings. Besides Bill, her loving husband of 34 years, she is survived by her children, Jeffrey Williams, Virginia Bader and Chris (Alesha) Williams; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Tiffany) and Patricia Williams, Kyle, Matthew and Leila Bader, Stacie and Shelley Williams, Ashley and Amelia Gerard; her great grandson, Seth Williams; her sisters, Virginia and Joyceann Shinkel; her brothers, Butch (Diane) Shinkel, Al Shinkel and Lee (Sue) Shinkel; also many other special relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her sister, Delores Hansen and her brother, Terry Ray Shinkel. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road and on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 1525 S. Washington Avenue. Fr. Ron Dombrowski will officiate, assisted by Deacon Roger Pasionek, with entombment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
