Norma J. Forbes

Bridgeport, Michigan

Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend, passed away Tuesday October 13, 2026, at the age of 93 years. Norma was born July 16, 1933 the daughter of the late Norman W. and Vera Mae (Knisley) Crozier. She enjoyed baking cookies, and other treats. She loved watching classic movies and game shows, Norma loved seeing her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1952 and met the love of her love Richard Forbes. They married on September 4, 1954, they shared 65 years together before Richard passed April 2, 2019.

Surviving is her three children Deborah Nussear, David Forbes, and Dennis (Roberta) Forbes. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Bethany (Richard) Royster and Richie (Erica) Halas, and great-grandchildren, Autumn, Riley, Madison, and Hunter Royster.

Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brother John P. Crozier, her sister Marilyn J. Chasnis. son-in-law Robert Nussear, brother-in-law August Chasnis, and sister-in-law Liga Crozier.

Cremation has taken place there are no services planned at this time.
