Beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the age of 85 years.

The son of the late Norbert and Marion (Alvord) Andrus was born on July 12, 1940, in Saginaw, MI. Skip retired from Saginaw Steering Gear after 30 years of service. He married Barbara Lodge on August 18, 1961, and she predeceased him on September 22, 2020. Skip liked to hunt, fish and ride his motorcycle. After retirement he and Barbara enjoyed shopping, dining, camping and most especially cherished their time with their family. Surviving are his children: Lori (Dale) Malone and Jim (Cheryl) Andrus; four grandchildren; Cory (Sonya) Malone, Kyle (Mariah) Malone, Mitch (Amber) Andrus, Leslie (AJ) Denman; great-grandchildren; Rolly Denman, Declan Denman; Elaina Malone, Charlotte, Noah, Henley Andrus, his siblings: Jerome Andrus, Betty Jane, Karen Andrus, Susan Clark and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, including his dear friend Dolores. Skip was predeceased by a brother Raymond Andrus, and his sister Kathleen Parrot.

Funeral service will take place at 1:30 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2025, at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Fr. Suman Kondaveeti will officiate with burial at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Friday at the funeral chapel from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
