Nancy Kay (Doyle) Frost

Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Covenant HealthCare – Harrison, with her family at her side. Age 79 years.

The daughter of the late Herbert and Anna (Brendley) Engelhardt, Nancy was born on June 18, 1946, in New Jersey. She married Daniel W. Doyle Sr, on June 8, 1963. He preceded her in death on December 21, 1981. Nancy then met and later married Clayton C. Frost on July 11, 1987. He preceded her in death on August 16, 2001. Nancy dedicated many years of her life to serving the Swan Valley School District, first as a lunch lady and later as a custodian. She was a valued member of the Saginaw Eagles Club. Nancy had a passion for cooking, and also loved her trips to the casino. Above all, Nancy cherished the time spent with her family and friends.

Surviving three sons, James (Linda) Doyle, Daniel (Karen) Doyle Jr, Richard (Teresa) Doyle; grandchildren, Marcus (Ashley) Doyle, Brett (Bailee) Doyle, Abby Petrey, Richard (Brandi) Carnahan; great-grandchildren, Willow, Easton, Emmeri. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Honoring Nancy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. No services will take place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603.
