Went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the age of 88 years. The daughter of the late Frederick and Elsie (Krueger) Pretzer was born on July 25, 1929 in Saginaw. She married Dale G. Swanson; he predeceased her on November 2, 1997. She retired from K-Mart and enjoyed fishing, cooking and crocheting. Surviving are her sons: Stephen (Barb) Swanson, Monte Swanson, Brad Swanson, Dale Swanson, Scott (Julie) Swanson, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by 11 sisters. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Julie Bailey will officiate with burial at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral chapel on Monday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
