Meredith Boyd Hundley

Passed away Monday June 13, 2022, at home with his family by his side at the age of 95 years. Meredith was born September 19, 1926 in Mt Eden, Kentucky, the son of the late Meredith B. and Margaret L. (Pucket) Hundley. He proudly served in the US Navy during WWII. Meredith married Anna Mae Fesko on February 16, 1974, and she survives him. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Hemlock he retired from Giant following 26 years of service. He was a member of VFW post 1566 where he was past post commander; Meredith was a member of Maple Hill golf course and was an avid golfer.

Surviving besides his wife Anna Mae are their children; Bobby (Joni) Hundley, Meredith Thomas (Brenda) Hundley, Ronald Hundley, Sue (Ken) Emry and Julie Krueger; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a sister, Eloise Robinette.


Funeral service will take place 10:00 a.m. Friday June 17, 2022 at St. John Lutheran Church 2290 Pretzer Rd. Hemlock. Rev. Phillip Loescher will officiate, with burial to follow in St. John Lutheran Cemetery, with Military honors under the auspices of VFW post 1566 and the US Navy.
