Maureen Estelle Jennings

Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at her home; at the age of 60 years.

The daughter of the late Duane Eugene and Janet Marie (Layer) Peters, Maureen was born on April 5, 1963, in Saginaw, Michigan. She graduated from Rueben Daniels High School. Maureen then gathered her associates degree in Colorado. She enjoyed going for drives in her car, and shopping at various thrift stores. Above all, Maureen cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving is her son and daughter: Joshua (Whitney) Jennings, Kaylah Jennings; grandchildren: Lillian, Jeremiah, Elizabeth; brother: Mark Peters, Maurice Peters. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Besides her parents, Maureen is preceded in death by her husband: Wesley Jennings I; brother: Duane Peters.

Honoring Maureen’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place.
