Mary McNeely Merchant Merrill, Michigan Our beloved wife and mother went home to the Lord on January 10, 2018, at the age of 53 years. Mary was born July 27, 1964, in McHenry, Illinois to the late Ernest Brooke and Patricia Margaret (McVicker) McNeely. She married Aly Merchant on June 4, 1988; he survives her. Mary and her husband owned the Culvers Restaurants in Saginaw, Gratiot, and Birch Run. Besides her husband she will be missed by her son, Alexander Brooke Merchant; siblings, Michael (Sandra) McNeely and Kelly (Steve) Himes; nieces and nephews, Caven McNeely, Brannon McNeely, Kirsten Olson, Tyler Kuske, and Kelsey (Olsen) Kuske. According to her wishes cremation has taken place. Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
