Marvin "Lucky" Herbert Burden Jr.
Marvin "Lucky" Herbert Burden, Jr, of Saginaw, Michigan, went home to be with the Lord on January 03, 2022, at the age of 73 years.
Lucky was born on April 15, 1948, in Saginaw, MI to the late Marvin Herbert and Maxine Luella (Lincoln) Burden. He was a proud graduate of Saginaw High School. Lucky married Linda Schultz in 1966; she predeceased him May 19, 2008. He then married Lorene Finney. They were divorced and Lucky found a special friend, Mary Bennett. He worked for several years at General Motors-Grey Iron. Lucky had a passion for music and was a very talented trumpet player and organist. He even had a band in the 70s.
Lucky is survived by four children: Mars Burden, Tamarah L. (Julien) Stoutt, Daniel Oliver Corbett, and Eva Bennett; two grandchildren: Ashley Sharpe and Ahmeh Holti; three great-grandchildren: Sierra and Amarah Sharpe and Jeffrey Coultier; brother, Tom Burden and sister, Debra Johnson, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was predeceased by a sister, Bunny Burden.
Honoring Lucky's wishes cremation has taken place. The family will be having a memorial service in the spring.
