Beloved mother, grandmother, and sister passed away on March 6, 2026, at Covenant Medical Center Harrison. Age 84 years.
The daughter of the late Joseph and Alma (Kneiling) Letzkus was born July 6, 1941, in Frankenmuth. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School. Martha married Ronald J. Frost, May 20, 1967; he predeceased her on January 14, 2005. Martha was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. She enjoyed crafting and quilting as well as reading and bird watching. She loved her time watching TV, especially to cheer on the Detroit Tigers and Red Wings. In her youth, Martha was a talented bowler, even earning a 'Perfect Game' pin. Above all else, Martha cherished the time spent with her grandchildren: they were here whole life.
Surviving are her daughter Karen Woods-Brown; two grandsons: Logan and Stone Woods; a brother and his wife: Walter and Janice Letzkus, Saginaw, MI., as well as several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Martha was predeceased by two brothers and their wives, Edward and JoAnn Letzkus, John and Joann Rosebrock; a sister Elizabeth Hughes, an infant brother Johnny, a sister-in-law Ardith Letzkus; two brothers-in-law and their wives: Donald and Susan Frost and Rick and Sherry Frost.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 600 Court St., Saginaw, MI 48602. Rev. Kurt Brandon will officiate with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 201 N. Miller Rd., Saginaw, MI 48609, as well as at the church Wednesday morning from 10:00 am until the time of service.
