Marjorie Jean Mader Albee Township, Michigan December 15, 1924-July 27, 2018 Marjories husband John Mader predeceased her on June of 1986. Marjorie and John had five children: Son Charles, wife Robin of Burt, Michigan, daughter Cecilia Hughes, husband Robert of Beaverton, Michigan, son Lawrence Mader, Sandra of Burt, Michigan, daughter Mary Lou Creller, husband William of Frankentrost, Michigan, Paula Clements of Caro Michigan. She was also blessed with many grandchildren: Thomas, Joseph, Christine, Matthew, Sarah, Samuel, Samantha, Angela, Ronda, Jonathon, Paul, William and Aaron; and also many great grandchildren that she loved dearly. Marjorie worked for many years at the Saginaw VA Medical Center in Saginaw. Prior to that she was a nurses aide at St. Marys Hospital in Saginaw. She loved flowers and plants and had a green thumb! Her collections were many varieties. Gardening every year producing plenty for herself, family and friends was a joy not a chore. Praying the Rosary was always comforting to her. Her daughter Cecilia prayed the Rosary with her momma while staying at the youngest daughter Paulas home until she passed over. Marjorie was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Saginaw, Michigan. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, at St. Francis of Assisi Parish St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church 3680 S. Washington Rd. Fr. Thomas Schmied will officiate with burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Rd and again at church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
