Marion Ruth Nichols Saginaw, Michigan, Passed away peacefully Sunday, January 10, 2016, following a long and happy life. Marion was born January 2, 1929. The daughter of the late Bethel M. and Lizzie (Region) Voss. She married Charles "Bill" Nichols he predeceased her in 1971. She was a life-long member of the Church of Christ. She was employed for over 30 years by Covenant Hospital (St. Lukes Hospital). Surviving are three children and their spouses, Edith and Mike Baybeck; Mike Nichols and his friend, Barb Krawczak; Tabby and Phillip LaFrance; her grandchildren, Kari and Steve Jarabek and their daughter Grace; Stacy Baybeck , and her daughter Hope; Michael and Amalia Baybeck and their daughter Esperanza; Maisie and Brandon Hoffman; Seth Nichols; her step-grandchildren, Kevin, Erin, Justin, Phillip and Corbett LaFrance; her step-great grandchildren, Jackson, Morgan, Cameron, Braydan, Lucus, Isaac, J.D, Tyler and Travis; one brother Fred Voss. Marion was also predeceased by her beloved brothers and sisters; Paul Voss, Maury Voss, Howard Voss, Grace Brown, Beatrice Johnson and Edith Ladd and her daughter-in-law Bethany Nichols. Memorial services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2016, at the Center Road Church of Christ, 1325 N. Center Rd. Saginaw, Michigan. Visitation with Marion's family will be from 11:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of the memorial service.
