Keech, Marie H. Birch Run, Michigan Passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013 at her home at the age of 86 years. Marie Helen Weinmueller was born September 2, 1927 in Frankenmuth to the late Linda (Reif) and Peter Weinmueller. She married Charles Keech May 27, 1944; he predeceased her June of 1997. She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church until it's closing and was currently a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Bridgeport. She had been employed by St. Mary's Hospital. Surviving are two sons and five daughters and their spouses, Charles and Karin Keech, Midland; Susan and Richard Stone, Hale; Patricia and David Sommer, Caseville; Penny and William Sova, Saginaw; Peter and Mary Jane Keech, Bay City; Mary and Michael Trahan, Grand Blanc; Linda and Michael Garno, Burt; seventeen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Lorraine Weinmueller, Mayville; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, James Keech. She was also predeceased by two sisters and one brother, Linda Gillig, Helen Stedry and Peter Weinmueller. Funeral service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 23, 2013 at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, 6065 King Rd. Rev. Rachel Laughlin will officiate with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Vassar. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway from 1:00 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. They may then call at the church on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral service.
