Zestos, Maria V. Canton, MI Formerly of Saginaw Maria V. Zestos was born November 29, 1933 in Deleria, Greece. She married Vasilios Zestos, September 6, 1959. Her husband of fifty eight years passed away April 1, 2017. She retired from Sears and also was employed as a seamstress at Jacobsons. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family and traveling to Greece every year. She is the revered mother of Dr. Demetrios (Dr. Maria) and George (Katerina), and cherished grandmother of Eleni, Vasili, Sofia, Mariangela, and Argyri; and sisters, Koula and Elefteria; several nieces, nephews and other relatives in the Saginaw Greek Community. Funeral Services will be held Monday April 9, 2018 at 11:00 am at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church 4970 Mackinaw Road Saginaw, MI 48603. Fr. Timothy Cook will officiate with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
