Rosas, Maria T. Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013 at the age of 89 years. Maria Teneyuque was born January 14, 1923 in San Marcos, Texas to the late Anestacio and Urbana (Rodriguez) Teneyuque. She married Juan F. Rosas on January 2, 1942 and they moved to Michigan in 1953. He predeceased her in 1975. She dedicated herself in her heart to Jehovah God and attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was also a member of the Mexican American Center on Washington. Surviving are five sons and two daughters, Juan (Helen) Rosas, Frank (Gloria) Rosas, Lupe (Irene) Rosas, Robert (Linda) Rosas, John Louie (Sarah) Rosas, Sylvia (Elias) Martinez, Stella Payne; 24 grandchildren; 81 great-grandchildren; 43 great-great-grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Carlos T. Rosas. She was also predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 17, 2013, at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Maria's grandson, Minister Robert D. Rosas, will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
