Obituary

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Marcia A. Parsons, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, who peacefully passed away on May 30, 2026, at the age of 75.

Marcia was a devoted and loving mother whose greatest joy in life was her family. She dedicated her life to caring for those she loved. Her kindness, strength, and generous spirit touched everyone who knew her.

She found happiness in spending time with her family and creating cherished memories together. Her love and devotion will remain a lasting legacy in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Gene Parsons, and her cherished son, Scott Richard Parsons.

She is survived by her daughters DeeAnn Parsons, Stacie (Psalm) Naylor, Shawn (Robert) Miller, her sister Cathleen Rose, grandchildren Chelsie (Matt) Gilles, Kevin Hauk Jr. (Vickie Feltes), Matt Timm, Carly Parsons, Kennedy Miller, Kaele Miller, Isaiah Parsons, Sophie Wirth, and eight great-grandchildren.

Though our hearts are broken we find comfort in knowing she is reunited with her husband and son. Her memory will live on in the lives she touched.
