Madaline A. Taylor (Kelley)

Passed away May 7, 2023, at the age of 92 years.

Madaline A. Kelley was born June 2, 1930 in Deford, Michigan to the late William R. and Grace P. (Hall) Kelley, the 14^th of 15 children.  She graduated from Cass City High School and later from Lou Art Beauty Academy in Saginaw.  She married Roy H. Taylor on September 17, 1949 in Saginaw at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.  Madaline was a member of American Legion Auxiliary #439 and St. Matthew Episcopal Church.  She loved camping in the summer with the family at Cadillac State Park until her husband passed away on June 18, 1999.  Surviving are two sons, Dennis (Janine) Taylor and Donald Taylor; five grandchildren, Daniel, Pamela, Carolyn, Amy and Stephanie; and ten great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by daughter-in-law Mary Beth Taylor.

Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at St. Matthew Episcopal Church, 1501 N. Center Rd.  Rev. Mary Jo Hudson will officiate with entombment in Roselawn Mausoleum.  Friends may visit with the family at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. on Friday May 12, 2023, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., as well as on Saturday at the church from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.  Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider St. Matthew Episcopal Church or American Legion Post #439.
