Passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at the age of 44 years. Lisa was born October 8, 1974 to Kurt Fandell and the late Cynthia (Peglow) Dutton. She graduated from Swan Valley High School in 1993 and then attended Delta College. Surviving besides her father are one daughter and two sons, Shelbie, Nathaniel and Gavin Pugh; one brother and one sister and their spouses, Jeffery (Michelle) ODeay and Andrea (Frank) Dente; many nieces and nephews.
