Lawrence Emil Davis passed away peacefully on December 3, 2025, at MyMichigan Medical Center in Saginaw, at the age of 73.

Born on May 12, 1952, in Saginaw, Michigan, Lawrence was the son of Enoch Thomas Sr. and Dixie (Nothelfer) Davis. After graduating high school, he began his career on the production line at General Motors before later becoming an insurance agent.

In 1970, Lawrence met the love of his life, Linda, and the two were married in 1971. That same year, they joyfully began their family.

Lawrence was known as a true “jack of all trades,” always ready with a solution and willing to lend a hand. To his family, he was a steady source of wisdom, strength, and love. He devoted his life to those he cherished most, while also serving his community through the VFW, the Lion’s Club, and the honor guard. He found joy in the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing alongside his family.

Above all, Lawrence treasured family. He instilled in his children and grandchildren the importance of love, loyalty, and togetherness—values that will continue to be passed down through generations.

Lawrence is survived by his wife of 54 years, Linda Davis; his children, Nicole (Craig) Blower, Stacy McQuiston, and Jason (Angela) Davis; and his grandchildren, Noah (Miki Ide) Blower, Savannah (Jacob Hartman) Blower, Jared (Makenzie Bitterman) McQuiston, and Emily Davis. He is also survived by his siblings, Kathy (Bob) Vesterfelt and Keith (Diane) Davis; sisters-in-law, Alice Davis and Mary Jo Davis; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Enoch Davis Jr. and Steve Davis.
