Hamilton, Laura J. Bridgeport, Michigan Passed away Thursday, April 24, 2014, at her home, age 64. Laura was born March 29, 1950 to the late Kenneth and Dorothy (Leonhardt) Hamilton. Laura was a faithful and active member of Jehovah's Witnesses all her life. She was a graduate of Bridgeport High School, Class of 1968 and worked as a legal assistant until being employed by Bay Cast Inc. in 1983 until the present. Laura loved spending time with family and friends, gardening and nature. She enjoyed creating beautiful floral arrangements and time spent at Higgins Lake. Laura will be dearly missed by her siblings, Vickie (Lester) Lewis of Loudon, TN, Gary (Sue) Hamilton and Edie (Ted) Hartl and many special relatives and friends. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2014, at W.L. Case and Company 4480 Mackinaw Road. David Clayton will officiate.
