Kenneth J. "Ken" Balden, Jr.

Went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 25, 2021. He was born on August 30, 1959, son of Marilyn (Wright) and the late Kenneth Balden, Sr., in Pontiac, MI. Ken married Priscilla on September 29, 1984; she survives him. He was employed at Scientific Brake, Saginaw for 17 years. Ken was active in his community. He attended Hopevale Church. Ken was formerly a member at Trinity Baptist Church, where he served as an Elder, Deacon and with the Youth Ministries. He was the Vice President of the Saginaw Valley Oil Company. Ken was a former President of the Freeland Gun Club, and was also a member of the Brant Gun Club. Above all, Ken cherished the time spent with his family and friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Priscilla; his mother, Marilyn Balden; sisters, Rebecca Barz and Linda Lindemann; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life - Open House will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at the Brant Gun Club, 9300 S. Raucholz Rd, Brant, MI 48614. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider CVICU Covenant Healthcare-Cooper.
