Kathy M. Hubbard

Beloved wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away on May 5, 2026, at the age of 67 years.

The daughter of Alan D. Wolfgang and the late Carol S. (Campau) Wolfgang, Kathy was born on January 21, 1959, in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Frederick H. Hubbard on May 24, 1980, and they shared forty-six wonderful years together. He survives her. Kathy was a former member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and devoted 45 years to a career in the banking industry, most recently with Team One Credit Union. One of Kathy’s joys in life was a day of shopping followed by going out to lunch with her daughters and Bert, she also enjoyed Friday night driveway parties with her beloved Sherwood Street crew. She cherished time spent with her family and loved ones, especially her grandson’s. She held a special place in her heart for her backyard friends, the squirrels.

Surviving besides her husband, Fred Hubbard; are their children, Nicole (Andrew) Weinrauch, Ashley (Bryan) Murphy; grandchildren, Andrew Weinrauch, William Weinrauch, Connor Murphy, Colton Murphy; father, Alan D. Wolfgang; brothers, Duane Wolfgang, Dennis (Lisa) Wolfgang; and her best friend, Kathy “Bert” Goodwin. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, Carol S. Wolfgang.

Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, St. Helen Catholic Church, 2415 N. Charles St, Saginaw, MI 48602. Rev. Fr. William J. Rutkowski to officiate with burial to follow at St. Andrew Cemetery. Visitation will take from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026, at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603, and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of mass on Tuesday at the church.
