In Loving Memory of Mom

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Juliet Ann Waite, on October 17, 2026, at the age of 84. She was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend whose humor, strength, and love touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Born on November 5, 1941, in Owensboro, KY, Mom devoted her life to her family and those she held dear. She retired from diligently working over 30 years as Manager of Shattuck Self Storage. She lived life vibrantly, loving a variety of activities including piano/organ playing at church, line dancing and fishing. She will be remembered for her humor, generosity, and care-free spirit, as well as for the ways she made those closest to her feel loved and supported.

She is survived by her children, Todd Waite (significant other Deborah Buckstiegel), Scott (spouse Kariss) Waite, and Kim (spouse Ken) Hayward; her grandchildren, Kaylee (spouse Graham) Sutton, Teagan Waite, and Ashlyn Daniels; and her siblings, Sharon (spouse Danny) Ebelhar, Vickie (spouse Keith) Sharber, and Linda (spouse Frankie) Jones; and lastly her longtime significant other, Kevin Quaal. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Richardson and Ruth Bean. Her memory will live on in the stories we share, the lessons she taught, and the love she gave.

A small family service to celebrate her life will be held in the Spring of 2027 in Saginaw, MI. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes you to consider a donation to any charitable organization in her honor.

Rest peacefully, Mom. You will be loved and missed every day.
