Judy Sherman Bridgeport, Michigan Passed away Monday May 18, 2015, at St. Mary's Hospital after a lengthy illness. At the age of 71 years. Judy Burgoyne was born October 26, 1943 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Howard Sherman. Her husband of 54 years survives her. Judy made her home in Fort Myers, Florida for 25 years and returned to her hometown of Bridgeport in 2013. She was a caregiver to the elderly for 15 years. She enjoyed traveling, camping and fishing while her kids were growing up. Later in life, she enjoyed playing cards, going to bingo and traveling with her girlfriends. She was a member of Calvary Community Church. Surviving besides her husband, Howard, are her children, Diana Thompson and her husband, Bob; Angela Sherman; Howard Sherman Jr. and his wife, Rhonda; Julie Sherman; Darline Wicburg and Menny Babuta; Annette Sherman; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a brother, Felix Burgoyne and his wife, Coriean; many niece and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Maxine, her father Felix Sr, her Stepmother, Lucille and a sister, Jeanie. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 21, 2015, at the Calvary Community Church, 2895 E. Moore Rd. Saginaw. Rev. Ted Doolittle will officiate with burial in Birch Run Cemetery. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co.
