Passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018. Age 73 years. Joe was born on September 15, 1945, son of the late Mack and Lillie (Johnson) Taylor, in Bradley, Arkansas. He retired from the Saginaw Steering Gear, Plant 6 after many years of service and was a member of the U.A.W. Local #699. He had earned an Associates Degree in Sociology from Delta College. Surviving are his wife, Elowese Taylor; son, Keson M. Taylor; daughter, Wanda Brown; grandchildren, Samuel and Brittney Thomas; his brother and sister-in-law, Darryle and Tongela Darley; his aunt and uncle, Annie and James Richardson; also many other relatives. Honoring his wishes a memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 21, 2018, at W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Dr. Berna Brown will officiate.
