Jose Victor Mendez Loving husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away December 17, 2018. He was 59 years of age. Jose was born September 15, 1959 in Saginaw, MI to Joe Mendez and Audelia A. (Argumedo) Mendez. He enjoyed grilling and was an avid Michigan fan. He is survived by his wife Renee (Premo) Mendez; four children, Angela (Josh), Jacquelyn, Rusty, and Joe; six grandchildren, Miguel, Brooklyn, Cash, Joey, RJ, and Riley; five sisters, Josie (Oscar) Mendoza, Mary Medel, Lucy (William) Gonzalez, Augustina (Manuel) De La Garza, and Cecilia (Frank) OBard; as well as many friends and extended family. He is preceded in death by his father. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2018 at W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Rev. Fr. Francis Voris, OFM, Cap will officiate. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service.
